Most of you probably already know this, but PBS will be showing four new Miss Marple movies in 2005 and 2006. Geraldine McEwan will star as Miss Marple, and the four movies will be The Body in the Library, A Murder is Announced, Murder at the Vicarage, and 4:50 From Paddington.
I think these are great movies to choose to make. Those are some of my favorite Miss Marple books (especially A Murder is Announced and Murder at the Vicarage). |

I agree with you, PoirotLover--these are the best of the Marple stories, especially "A Murder is Announced". When I first heard the news a while back, I got excited, and I still am! PoirotLover, are you familiar with the actress Geraldine McEwan and her projects?
ps: Do you like my little smiley of Miss Marple? |

| I'm somewhat disappointed with news I've received from www.geraldinemcewan.com. Apparently Miss Marple had an affair with a man in her past. However, I will watch it to satisfy my curiousity. |

We will get BODY IN THE LIBRARY tonight in England. But I've heard about what they've done to the solution. I don't want to give anything away,, but let's say it's not authentic Christie material. _________________ www.jamescbernthal.tk

| I heard about the ending too, JCB. The producers keep messing with Christie's books! I was annoyed at what they did to Philip Blake in Five Little Pigs. |

Yep, it's the same writer. And until the end the film isn't bad. There are A LOT of luvvies and they seem to enjoy it as "just another film"! _________________ www.jamescbernthal.tk
