This is called the "fifteen game" because of the number of tiles. It was originally designed by Sam Lloyd using tiles that were numbered.
Here instead is a picture of Poirot. Once you click "Shuffle", you need to put the picture correctly simply by sliding the pictures. (To restart, refresh the page on your browser.) You slide the tiles with the mouse. Simply click and drag the tile in the direction you want to go.
